摘  要:以紫金山选铜尾矿浮选的明矾石精矿为原料,研究了酸浸法提取明矾石中K、Al元素以及明矾深加工生产硫酸钾和氧化铝的工艺条件。试验结果表明,明矾石精矿在600℃下焙烧2.5 h,其脱水率接近100%;酸浸温度90℃、液固比为6、硫酸用量为理论值的1.4倍时,精矿中K、Al的浸出率分别达到95.85%、90.61%;结晶明矾经过900℃焙烧和三次洗涤后,氧化铝的纯度可以达到96.90%。In this paper,the alunite concentration which floated from the tailings of Zijinshan copper ore was used as raw material.The processes of extraction of K and Al elements by acid leaching and alums deep-processing were studied.The results showed that when alunite concentration was roasted at 600 ℃ for 2.5h,the dehydration rate approximated to 100%.When acid leaching temperature was 90 ℃,liquid-solid ratio was 6,and the dosage of sulfuric acid was 1.4 times more than theoretical value,the leaching rate of K and Al were 95.85% and 90.61% respectively.When the alums crystal was roasted at 900 ℃ and washed three times,the content of aluminum oxide reached 96.90%.
