摘 要:为给烟草重金属污染的预测、评价及防控提供理论依据,采用盆栽试验研究了不同浓度汞(Hg)胁迫对烤烟生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:随汞处理浓度的增加,烤烟叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、保护酶活性、细胞膜透性及根系细胞膜透性和根系活力下降;叶片叶绿素含量先升高随后下降,低浓度汞处理(0.5 mg/kg)对团棵期烤烟叶片叶绿素合成有一定的促进作用。在Hg胁迫下,烤烟叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性是最敏感的生理指标,其活性与Hg浓度呈极显著负相关。A pot experiment was conducted to explore the effect of different mercury(Hg) concentration on physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco.The results indicated that the malondialdehyde(MDA)content,protective enzyme activity,cell membrane permeability of tobacco leaves,the cell membrane permeability and activity of tobacco roots were decreased with the increase of Hg concentration.The chlorophyll content of tobacco leaves increased first and decreased afterwards,lower concentration of Hg(0.5 mg/kg) had a promoting effect on the chlorophyll content of tobacco leaves at rosette stage.The activity of catalas(CAT) were the most sensitive physiological index affecting the flue-cured tobacco leaves under the Hg stress,which were in extreme negative correlation with the concentration of Hg.
