摘  要:本试验以5个野生狗牙根为材料,"南京"和"Tifway"作为对照品种,分别在雅安、眉山、成都、重庆和黔南5个试验点进行了周期3年的区域性试验研究,观测草坪密度、质地、均一性、色泽、成坪密度以及抗性等指标。经试验观察以及Excel2007和SPSS12.0软件对试验数据进行分析,结果表明,材料Sau9926在5个试验点的平均绿色期天数为296 d,成坪天数为46 d左右,密度为200枝/100 cm2左右。从5份狗牙根新品系及两份对照品种的质地、色泽、密度、抗逆性、成坪速度和绿色期等方面综合分析,Sau9926的综合表现最佳,优于2个对照品种,已通过审定登记为国审品种"川南"狗牙根。Sau02011和Sau9936通过进一步改良,有望培育出新品种。In this paper,using five new Bermudagrass lines as tested materials,Nanjing and Tifway as control varieties,the regional trials in Southwest Sichuan including Ya'an,Meishan,Chengdu,Chongqing and Qannan,were respectively conducted for three years,in which their density,texture,uniformity,mature time,color and resistance were observed,and their data was analyzed with Excel 2007 and SPSS12.0 software.The result showed that the average of green days of Sau9926 in five plot sites was 296 d,the mature time about 46 d,the density about 200/100 cm2.Comparing the texture,color,density,resistance of five new Bermudagrass lines with two control varieties,overall performance of Sau9926 was the best and better than that of two control varieties.Sau9926 was certified through registration as variety 'Chuannan' Bermudagrass,and Sau02011 and Sau9936 were expected to breed new varieties through further improvement.
