摘　　要：目的:分析异烟肼的血药浓度监测结果,指导临床合理用药。方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定异烟肼的血药浓度,3～5 mg/L为血药浓度有效范围。结果:监测231例,3～5 mg/L的51例(22.08%),低于3 mg/L的146例(63.2%),高于5 mg/L的34例(14.72%)。结论:血药浓度监测对异烟肼临床调整用药剂量具有重要的临床意义。Objective： To utilize isoniazid rationally in clinic. Methods：The blood concentration of isoniazid was determined by HPLC, and the effective therapeutic concentration is thought to be within 3 - 5 mg/L. Results ：231cases were analyzed. The con- centrations in 51 cases were between 3 -5 mg/L, were less than 3 mg/L in 146 cases and more than 5 mg/L in 34 cases. Conclu- sion：Monitoring blood concentration of isoniazid may be necessary for optimizing drug doses in the clinic.
