摘 要:利用恒电流通电法对试件钢筋进行锈蚀,通过对拉试验法研究了锈蚀对钢筋搭接性能的影响.试验结果表明:在搭接区设置箍筋对调整锈胀裂缝产生的位置和宽度有重要的影响;对于搭接区未配箍筋试件,锈蚀对搭接性能的影响很明显,尤其是在产生锈胀裂缝时,试件搭接承载力迅速下降;对于搭接区配箍试件,在不大的锈蚀率(2%左右)内,搭接传力性能受锈蚀率和胀裂宽度影响不大,即便锈胀裂缝宽度达0.3mm,搭接强度和滑移性能基本仍可保持在钢筋未锈时的水平.Corrosion of reinforcing bar was induced using an accelerated corrosion technique with an impressed current.Pull-out tests were conducted to study the behavior of lap splice of corrosive reinforcing bars in concrete.The following conclusions are drawn from this study.(1) The effect of stirrups on position and width of crack that caused by corrosion of reinforcing bar in lap-spliced region is important.(2) For members without stirrups,it is remarkable that corrosion percentage influence on behavior of lap splice.The load bearing capacity of the splice member will decrease at cover cracking.(3) For hooped members,the behavior of lap splice will not be highly affected by corrosion-induced crack width;and the splice performance almost keeps as the same within the corrosion ratio of 2%,they will not be weakened even the crack width up to 0.3 mm.
