柴胡桂枝汤对肝纤维化大鼠TNF-α、CTGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡桂枝汤对肝纤维化大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)表达的影响。方法:用CCl4复合法制备实验动物模型;用免疫组化方法检测肝纤维化大鼠肝脏中TNF-α和CTGF的表达情况。结果:中药高浓度组CTGF的表达明显低于模型组和西药组,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);中药高浓度组TNF-α的表达水平明显低于模型组、中药低浓度组和西药组,有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:柴胡桂枝汤可以降低肝纤维化大鼠的TNF-α和CTGF的表达水平。抑制HSC被激活和ECM合成而发挥抗肝纤维化作用。Objective：To investigate the influences of Chaihu Guizhi decoction on the expression of TNF-α and CTGF of rats with liver fibrosis.Methods： Rat models of liver fibrosis were made by CCl_4 compound method.Effects of Chaihu Guizhi decoction on the expression of TNF-α and CTGF of rats with liver fibrosis were observed by immunohistochemical method.Results： Compared with the model group and low concentration of Chinese medicine group,the expression level of CTGF in high concentration of Chinese medicine group possessed a significant difference（P0.01）;However,compared with the model group and low concentration of Chinese medicine group,the expression level of TNF-α in high concentration of Chinese medicine group possessed a significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion： Chaihu Guizhi decoction can reduce the expression levels of TNF-α and CTGF of the rats with liver fibrosis.
