摘  要:以番茄种子为试材,采用正交实验方法配制不同的培养基,研究不同浓度的6-BA、NAA、IBA对不定芽诱导及丛生芽增殖的影响。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基为:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L+蔗糖30g/L;不定芽诱导适宜培养基为:MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖30g/L;丛生芽增殖的适宜培养基为:MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L+蔗糖30g/L;生根培养基为:1/2MS+NAA 0.6mg/L+蔗糖30g/L。Tomato seeds chosen as test material,by the method of orthogonal test of preparation of different media,the effect of different concentrations of 6-BA,NAA,IBA on adventitious bud induction and proliferation of multiple shoot clumps were studied.The results showed that optimum medium for callus induction was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ IBA 0.3 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L;optimum medium for adventitious bud induction was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L;suitable medium for the proliferation buds was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L;suitable medium for rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.6 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L.
