安徽省阜阳市2008～2010年手足口病疫情流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的 了解2008～2010年阜阳市手足口病流行特点，为控制疫情提供依据。方法根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统中手足口病发病统计数据，对阜阳市2008～2010年手足口病发病资料进行分析。结果2008～2010年阜阳市共报告手足口病计38570例，年均发病率为152．01／10万，其中2010年发病率最高，达235．35／10万；发病时间主要集中在4～7月份；不同性别、年龄组间发病率差别较大（x^2=2806．24，P=0．000；x^2=516988．6，P=0．000），男性发病高于女性，5岁及以下婴幼儿发病最多（95．29％）；职业构成以散居儿童为主，占手足口病发病总数的89．81％。结论阜阳市手足口病的发生存在明显的季节性和人群差异。在流行季节应加强健康教育，减少感染机会，控制手足口病的发生和流行。Objective To understand the epidemic feature of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in Fuyang from 2008 to 2010 so as to provide scientific evidence for HFMD control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the epidemiology of HFMD from 2008 to 2010 based on the data collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. Results 38570 cases were reported in Fuyang from 2008 to 2010 and the average annual incidence was 152.01/100 thousand. The incidence was 235.35/100 thousand in 2010, when the incidence was the highest. There was obvious seasonality between April to July in the onset of HFMD. There was significant difference in the incidence among different genders and age groups. In occupational distribution, the number of scattered children occupied a large proportion of cases（89.81%）. Conclusion The incidence of HFMD in Fuyang has significant difference among different seasons and populations. During the sickly season, health education is very important for controlling HFMD.
