摘  要:为降低常规品种油菜籽的硫代葡萄糖苷(GS)含量和保持低硫品种特性,采用常规试验与^(35)S 示踪技术,调查了影响菜籽 GS 含量的因子。结果表明,施用碳酸氢铵或尿素比施用硫酸铵的油菜籽含有较低的 GS 含量,其差异可达20%左右。在盆栽条件下,硫酸铵的施用时期对菜籽GS 含量有明显的影响,以移栽期施用影响为甚,氮肥用量的影响不明显。微量元素能不同程度地降低油菜籽 GS 含量,依其种类和栽培地区而异。开花期影响油菜籽的 GS 含量,以早开花的为高。不同结荚部位的油菜籽的 GS 含量顺序为主茎下部>主茎上部>分枝。同一天开花的荚,正常的黄熟荚比病态的干熟荚籽的 GS 含量平均低17%左右。生态环境对 GS 含量影响最大,同是九二-13系油菜品种,不同地区间差异可达30%以上。分析了来自不同采样点的菜籽 GS 含量,0.01M Ca(H_2PO_4)_2提取的土壤 SO_4~=-S 浓度和土壤对 SO_4~=-S 的吸附性,观察到菜籽 GS 含量与土壤对 SO_4~=-S 的吸附性之间呈负相关。In order to reduce the content of glucosinolate in rape seed and to retain the quality of low glucosinolate cultivars,the experiment to investigate the factors affcting the content of glucosinolate in rapeseed was conducted.The results showed that seeds of the rape plants applied with NH_4HCO_3 or (NH)_2CO_3 contained less glucosinolate content than those applied with(NH_4)_2SO_4.The difference be- tween them was as high as 20% at significant level(P<0.01).The rate of N applicatiion had no effect on glucosinolate content in seed.Application of trace element fertilizer reduced the glucosinolate content in some extent depending on kinds of trace elements and growing areas.It was found that seeds of earlier flowering contained higher glucosinolate content than those of later flowering(P<0.05 or P<0.01) The glucosinolate content differed in the positions of pods on plants and increased from lower upward and from main stem to branches in successon.(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The differences between cultivars were as expected,and that between growing sites might be attributed to the ability of SO_4~= absorption by soil.
