摘　　要：目的总结芍药苷药理作用的研究现状,为进一步研究芍药苷提供文献依据和研究思路。方法对近10年芍药苷相关文献进行整理、分析、归纳。结果与结论芍药苷具有多种生物活性,对心血管、中枢神经系统免疫、以及平滑肌等方面均有肯定的药理作用。现代药理研究为芍药苷的临床疗效提供了新的理论依据和开拓了更为广泛的临床应用范围。Objective To offer the accordance and research ideas for further research ofpaeoniflorin, by summarizing the current states ofpaeoniflorin. Methods The related literatures in the recent 10 years ofpaeoniflorin were collated, analyzed and summarized. Results and Conclusion Paeoniflorin has wilderness biological activity and sure pharmacological function on thecardiovascular, central nervous system, immune and smooth muscle. Modem pharmacology studies provide a new theoretical basis and develop a more extensive clinical application for the clinical curative effect ofpaeoniflorin.
