摘 要:针对火焰切换式蓄热燃烧系统的不足和自蓄热燃烧器存在的问题,本文提出新的连续式蓄热燃烧技术方案,采用蓄热燃烧专用切换阀技术,开发出新型连续式蓄热燃烧系统。实验结果表明,该系统中单个燃烧器可以实现蓄热状态下的连续燃烧,炉内温度波动幅度变小,彻底改变了原自蓄热燃烧器存在的气流"短路"现象。Abstract In order to overcome the shortcomings of the two-flame alternating regenerative combus- tion system and the deficiencies of the self-regenerative burner, a new proposal was advised in this paper. Regenerative combustion dedicated high temperature reversing valve technology was applied in the new proposal. A new self-regenerative combustion system was developed in our laboratory. Experimental results of the new system show that every single burner in this system can be work well with high temperature air. The hearth temperature fluctuations are reduced and this system completely overcomes the self-regenerative burner "short circuit" shortage.
