摘　　要：跨地区重组当地企业后,能否快速地达到相互融合,这是重组成败的关键之一。针对存在的问题,采取了一系列措施:如抓住共同的目标、开展项目活动;充实人员、调整机构;统一管理模式;引导群体思路与舆论;激发职工认同感、归属感、参与感、使命感,以使企业能顺利地同化、融合。The ability to quickly achieve amalgamation is the key to the success in regional reorganization. A series of measurements are taken to deal with the problems, such as seizing the common goal, carrying out project activities, enriching personnel, adjusting the organization and so on.
