摘　　要：对上汽集团乘用车公司开发的汽车产品质量问题控制系统进行了详细的研究和介绍。阐述了汽车产品质量问题控制系统基于质量信息集成的"三维结构"系统理论和工作流技术,详细介绍了汽车产品质量控制系统的平台架构、工作流程和具备的功能。最后,从企业的自主创新角度对系统进行了评价并提出了系统后期的改进计划。The Product Quality Control Process （PQCP） system which is used in SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Corporation is introduced. The PQCP system is based on the integrative quality management ＂3D structure＂ system and workflow technology. The structure, process and function of PQCP are illustrated. Lastly, the system is evaluated from the point of view of innovation, and the improvement plan is proposed.
