弓形虫代谢分泌抗原疫苗对山羊流产高发区的免疫效果试验

摘　　要：制备以弓形虫E/SA(代谢分泌抗原)疫苗为主,辅以衣原体疫苗,对天祝县流产高发区的299只四群适龄母山羊(对照1群)在配种前进行免疫注射效果观测。结果在产羔期结束后统计流产率较往年显著降低,免疫后的三群羊分别由上年流产率的42%、36.7%、35%降为24.39%、0%和22.88%,流产率较上年度分别降低了41.92%、100%、34.62%,未免疫的对照群却上升了52.7%(37%上升为56.5%)。经现场考察和血清学分析,排除多种因素的干扰,证明弓形虫E/SA疫苗在本次免疫中效果显著。Vaccine developed with Toxoplasma gondii E/SA（excreted/secreted antigen）vaccine primarily and Supplemented with Chlamydia vaccine,injection effects were observed on 299 female goats before mate.The results demonstrated that abortion rate decreased significantly,abortion rate of three groups decreased from 42%,36.7% and 35% to 24.39%,0% and 22.88% respectively,abortion rate decreased 41.92%,100% and 34.62% than last year.However,abortion rate of pre-immune group increased 52.7%（from 37% to 56.5%）.After on-the-spot investigation and serum analysis,many interfere factors were excluded,this proves the obvious effects of Toxoplasma gondii E/SA vaccine in this immunity.
