摘  要:酶制剂作为新一代饲料添加剂在畜牧业中的应用越来越普遍。人们根据酶能促进蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉、粗纤维分解的作用,深入研究找到一种能补充瘤胃微生物消化能力的物质—外源性酶制剂,来提高饲料利用率和改善奶牛生产性能。为了验证和推广酶制剂产品,本试验研究了在秸秆中添加酶制剂对泌乳奶牛生产性能的影响。结果表明,添加酶制剂后,改善了饲料的适口性,提高了奶牛的产奶量、乳脂率、乳蛋白和乳糖含量,并提高了干物质的消化率。尤以复合酶制剂效果显著,产奶量提高9.62%,差异显著(P<0.05),乳脂率提高9.3%差异极显著(P<0.01),乳蛋白提高8.82%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。As new generation feed additives,enzymes get more and more popular use.Through deep study on enzymes,a kind of exogenous enzyme which can fill rumen microorganism digestive capability,and improve feed availability and dairy cattle growth performance.In order to verify and popularize enzyme products,in this study,the effects of adding enzyme to straw on growth performance of lactating bovine.The results showed that enzyme adding improved feed palatability and milk yield,milk fat percentage,milk protein and lactose content as well as the digestibility of dry matter.Specially,the effect of complex enzymes was significant,milk yield increased 9.62%(P〈0.05),milk fat percentage increased 9.3%(P〈0.01),milk protein content increased 8.82%(P〈0.01).
