摘 要:壳寡糖(chito-oligosaccharide,COS)是一种植物诱抗剂,在植物生长调节及诱导植物抗逆性和抗病性等方面显示了极大的应用潜力。试验研究发现,在早熟梨生产中喷施壳寡糖50mg.L-1,可明显增强树势,提高抗病能力,促进生长,减少落果,防止梨树早期落叶,单株产量提高18.5%以上,梨果可溶性固形物含量增加0.8个百分点以上,对提高产量和改善品质效果显著。The chito-oligosaccharide(COS), a plant elicitor, has great application potential in regula- ting plant growth including induction of plant stress- and disease-resistance. It was shown that the application of COS at 50 mg · L-1 on early-maturing pear trees promoted the tree growth vigor obviously, and increased disease resistance. The treatment also decreased fruit drop rate and prevented early leaf abscission. The average yield per tree and fruit soluble solids content increased more than 18. 5; and 0. 8;, respectively. It was concluded that COS had remarkably good effect on yield and fruit quality.
