摘　　要：通过调查某餐厅的火灾,介绍了火灾事故调查勘验过程及火灾原因的认定过程,并分析了火灾的灾害原因,为类似火灾调查提供了一些方法。Based on investigation on a dining hall fire, the process of fire renaissance and identification of fire cause were introduced, and fire cause was analyzed in detail, giving reference for similar fire investigation.
