摘 要:波形捕获率是数字存储示波器的主要指标,它代表了系统在单位时间内捕获波形的能力。但对于一个实际的采集系统而言,其定义过于粗略,不能够准确地衡量和评价采集系统的动态性能。通过建立非均匀的动态采集模型,并分析被测信号频率与采集系统最小死区时间的关系,给出了评价数据采集系统性能的新指标:平均波形捕获率、最大波形捕获率和最小波形捕获率。在此基础上进一步提出采用分段测量平均波形捕获率的方法来评价采集系统平均性能,并在实际系统中进行了验证,给出了测试结果。Waveform capture rate is a main indicator of digital storage oscilloscope, which represents the ability of the system to capture waveform in unit time. But for an actual acquisition system, this definition is so inaccurate that it is unable to exactly measure and evaluate the dynamic performance of the acquisition system. Through establishing a non- uniform dynamic acquisition model and analyzing the relation between the measured signal and the dead time of the acquisition system, some new indicators are put forward to evaluate the data acquisition as follows: the average waveform capture rate, the maximum waveform capture rate and the minimum waveform capture rate. On that basis, a method is put forward to evaluate the average performance of the acquisition system through testing the waveform capture rates in time slice; meanwhile, this method has been verified in actual system and the test results are given accordingly.
