摘 要:铁路货运列车超限严重威胁着铁路运营安全。而目前国内已有的检测系统难以实现对静态列车的便携式、高速、高精度测量。研究了一种基于双处理器架构的列车超限检测系统,硬件上采用嵌入式主板代替个人计算机提高了系统的便携性,其中ARM管理系统实时多任务并维护嵌入式GUI,32位专用DSP保证了系统测量精度并优化了图像处理速度。软件部分基于嵌入式Linux系统,开发了各外设的驱动程序和应用程序,其中HPI中断方式的驱动程序提高了双核数据传输的效率。设计的超限检测系统机箱体积为40 cm×40 cm×25 cm,在30 min内可以完成一节10 m车厢的超限检测,耗时仅为手工测量的1/5并且能够达到mm级的测量精度。Freight train gauge-exceeding is an important security threat to railway operation. Until now, most train gauge-exceeding detection systems in China can not detect trains at static state and get results with high accuracy and high speed. In this paper, a novel freight train gauge-exceeding detection system based on dual-processor architecture is proposed. Instead of personal computer, an embedded board is used, which makes the system portable for field operation. An ARM system is used to achieve complex task scheduling while a DSP with 32 bit interface is used to achieve high image processing speed and accuracy. A HPI device driver under Linux is programmed to meet the requirements of fast data exchange between the dual-processors. A portable prototype with a size of 40 cm× 40 cm × 25 cm has been developed, and experimental results show that the proposed system can detect a 10 m carriage within 30 minutes, which is 1/5 of the time needed using manual method, and with millimeter level measurement accuracy.
