摘 要:研究了无机调理剂(FeCl3和CaO)与表面活性剂的联合作用对污泥絮体特征、沉降性能和脱水性能的影响。结果表明,当FeCl3、CaO、表面活性剂的投加量分别为0.067、0.134、0.054 g/g时,泥饼的含水率最低,为62.97%,且沉降性能得到了明显的改善。通过观察处理前后污泥絮体的粒径分布和扫描电镜(SEM)照片,发现污泥的絮团被破坏,粒径明显变小。由于无机调理剂和表面活性剂的联合作用能够使污泥絮体表面的EPS脱落,减少结合水的含量,从而改善了污泥的脱水性能。The effects of the joint action of inorganic conditioners ( FeC13 and CaO) and surfactant on floc characteristic, settleability and dewaterability of sludge were studied. The experimental results indicated that the water content of sludge cake was minimum, being 62.97% when the dosages of FeCI3, CaO and surfactant were 0. 067 g/g, 0. 134 g/g and 0. 054 g/g respectively. The settleability of sludge was significantly improved. In the observation of particle size distribution of sludge floc by scanning electron microscope (SEM) before and after the joint action, it was found that the floc structure Of sludge was destroyed, and the particle size was obviously lower than the raw sludge. It is concluded that the joint action of inorganic conditioners and surfactant can cause the EPS to detach from the floc surface and release bound water, thus improving the dewaterability of sludge.
