摘  要:目的:建立双波长薄层扫描法测定退白汤中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量的方法。方法:选用补骨脂素λS=272nm,λR=305nm;异补骨脂素λS=275nm,λR=310nm;以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(15:2:1)为展开剂,并在365m紫外灯下检视。结果:补骨脂素在0.27-1.62μg呈良好的线性关系(γ=0.9987),平均回收率99.46%,RSD=1.34%(n=5);异补骨脂素在0.25-1.50μg呈良好的线性关系(γ=0.9992),平均回收率99.60%,RSD=1.37%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快捷.可用于退白汤中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的仓号测定.Objective : To establish the determination method of dual-wavelength TLC for psoralen and isopsoralen in Anti-vitiligo decoction. Methods : choose λ S=272nm, λR=305nm for determining psoralen, and choose λ S=275nm, λ R=310nm for determining isopsoralen. Developing agent:Toluene - ethyl acetateformic acid (15:2:1 ), and determined under 35nm UV light. Results:Psoralen is under good linear relationship in the range of 0.27-1.62 μ g ( γ =0.9987 ), and the average recovery ratio is 99.46%, RSD=1.34% (n=5). Isopsoralen is under good linear relationship in the range of 0.25-1.5 μg ( γ=0.9992 ), and the average recovery ratio is 99.60%, RSD=1.37% (n=5).Conclusions:The method is simple and fast for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen for Anti-vifiligo decoction.
