摘　　要：目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨证论治玫瑰糠疹经验。方法:以医案形式阐述玫瑰糠疹的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:玫瑰糠疹的病因病机为血热之体,感受风邪,郁于肌肤;抑郁化火,或感受风热,热伤阴液,化燥生风;脾虚生湿,外感毒邪,湿毒相合,蕴结肌肤。方药为疏风消疹汤、祛风润燥汤、利湿解毒汤。结论:辨证论治玫瑰糠疹疗效显著。Objective ： To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of Pityriasis rosea in clinic. Methods： Discuss etiopathogenisis, pathogenesis, pattern of syndrome, method of treatment, formulas and medicinals based on medical records. Results：Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of Pityriasis rosca are body of heat in blood disease induced by wind evil, blocked in muscle and skin ; depression jpyretic generation, disease induced by wind-heat, hot injury YIN-fluid, dryness-syndrome generating wind ; insufficiency of the spleen resulting in production of dampness, diseases caused by exogenous toxin, coincide damp and toxin, gathering on muscle and skin. Frequently used decoctions are Shufeng Xiaozhen Tang, Qiefeng Rnnzao Tang, Lishi Jiedu Tang. Conclusions ： Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for Pityriasis rosea.
