摘　　要：目的：评价正骨手法配合三维骨科牵引111定架固定治疗三踝骨折的临床疗效。方法：自2008年12月-2011年1月通过正骨手法配合新型改良外固定器治疗三踝骨折病人22例，根据X线表现、患者主诉及AOFAS评分系统对惠足功能恢复进行疗效评价。结果：经过10～25个月的随访，本组22例病人，其中优17例，良34例，一般2例；总优良率：90．9％。结论：正骨手法配合三维骨科牵引固定架治疗三踝骨折疗效满意。Objective ： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treating trimalleolar fracture with honesetting manipulation combined with Three-dimensional traction external fixator. Method：From Dec.2008 to Dec. 2011,22 cases of the trimalleolar fracture were treated with bone-setting manipulation combined with Three-dimensional traction external fixator. Evaluate the treating result with the X-ray appearance, subject feeling and the AOFAS system. Result：After 10 to 25 months flowed up, in all of the 22 cases, 17 cases were excellent,3 were good, and 2 were general.The total good-excellent rate is as being 90.9%. Conclusion：This research showed that bone-setting manipulation combined with Three-dimensional traction external fixator can obtain a good result in treating the trimalleolar fracture.
