摘　　要：肠痈是指发生于肠道的痈肿,属内痈范畴。建国以来,有关肠痈的临床研究不断进展,在继承古人经验基础上,中医药辨证论治的理论渐趋完善,治法处方日益丰富,提出内服药物、外服药物、中药灌肠、针刺疗法等多种治疗方法。文章就建国后肠痈的中医药治疗进展进行总结,以更好的发挥中医在肠痈中的治疗优势。Intestinal abscess is a abscess that occured in intestine. It is abscess of internal organs. The clinical research of intestinal abscess made great progress after the foundation of the People＇s Republic of China. On the basis of ancient inheritance of experience, the Chinese medical syndrome differentiation and treatment theory become more perfect, the principle of treatment and formula are increasingly rich, the treatment methods are including internal medicine, external medication, Chinese herbs clyster, acupuncture and other kinds of treatment. In this paper, we made a review of the progress traditional Chinese medicine to treat intestinal abscess. The purpose is to play the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine.
