摘　　要：从慢性充血性心力衰竭基础疾病、心律失常、心身医学、组方特色等方面总结了严世芸教授治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭独到的临证经验,解析了严师自创的治疗快速心律失常和早搏的"齐心饮";治疗缓慢心律失常的"温阳复脉饮";改善情志,调养心神的"开怀解郁汤"。In the article, professor YAN Shi-yun＇s clinical experience in treating congestive heart failure have been summarized from different angles such as the underlying disease, the arrhythmia, psychosomatic medicine and prescription characteristics. Professor YAN has created the Qixin Drink for the fast arrhythmia and premature beat. Professor YAN has created the Wen Yang Fu Mai Drink for Brady arrhythmias. Professor YAN has created Kai Huai Jie Yu Soup for improving the emotional frustration and regulating the spirits.
