摘　　要：目的:观察理气化痰祛瘀法治疗血管性痴呆(VD)气滞血瘀证的疗效。方法:将60例本病患者随机分为两组,对照组常规西药多奈哌齐治疗,治疗组通心络胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组疗效总有效率为63.33%,对照组为30.00%,疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊治疗血管性痴呆有一定疗效。Objective ： To observe the effects of the method of regulating vital energy, resolving phlegm and eliminating stasis, when it is applied to treat VD. Methods ： 60 cases of VD were randomly divided into the controlled group （ 30 cases ） orally given donepezil, and the treatment group （ 30 cases ） orally given Tongxinluo capsule. Results ： The treatment group showed 63.33% of the total effective rate and the controlled group showed 30.00% （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tongxinluo capsule has certain clinical effects on treating of VD.
