甘草泻心汤治疗白塞病的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:研究运用甘草泻心汤配合护理干预治疗白塞病的疗效。方法:用甘草泻心汤治疗白塞病患者6周配合各项护理措施,观察白塞病患者治疗前、治疗后临床症状及血沉、C反应蛋白的变化。结果:甘草泻心汤治疗白塞病患者有效率93.33%。结论:运用甘草泻心汤治疗白塞病配合护理干预患者疗效显著,安全可靠值得推广。Objective ： The treatment effect of Gancao Xiexin Decoction with nursing intervention on the Behcet＇s patients was observed. Methods： 6 Behcet＇s patients were treated with Gancao Xiexin Decoction with nursing. 6 weeks later, the clinical symptoms, ESR and CRP were compared. Results：The efficiency rate of Behcet＇s patients treated with Gancao Xiexin Decoction and nursing was 93.33%. Conclusion ： The effection of Behcet＇s patients treated with Gancao Xiexin Decoction and nursing is notable and safety. So this treatment is worthy of popularizing.
