摘　　要：综述近十年来针刺与运动疗法治疗肩周炎的研究进展,发现了综合疗法治疗肩周炎有显著疗效,被广泛推广,并在临床上得到了认可,综合疗法涵盖的治疗方法越多疗效越好,但怎样进一步优化治疗方案,使之能够缩短患者病程,减少病人痛苦,节约治疗时间,节省医疗器械,有待于进一步研究。This article reviews the research progress of acupuncture and exercise therapy for periarthritis of shoulder, discovers that comprehensive therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder has significant efficacy, which was widely promoted and clinically recognized. The more comprehensive therapy, the better curative effect. But how to optimize the treatment in further, shorten the disease course, reduce the pain of patients, save the treatment time and save medical equipment, needs to be further studied.
