摘  要:目的观察乳鼠心肌细胞的缺氧损伤以及缺氧复氧条件下不同复氧时间对乳鼠心肌细胞损伤的变化。方法用MTT法检测缺氧损伤及不同复氧时间对乳鼠心肌细胞存活率的影响;LDH、T-SOD/GSH/GSSG试剂盒检测缺氧损伤及不同复氧时间下细胞损伤程度。结果 MTT及LDH、T-SOD、GSH/GSSG可检测到缺氧损伤及复氧损伤,且损伤于复氧1 h后趋于稳定。结论乳鼠心肌细胞缺氧复氧损伤于复氧1 h后趋于稳定。Objective To investigate the injury in rat myocardial cells under anoxia(A) and the change of neonatal rat myocardial cells injury under anoxia(A)/ reoxygenation(AR) at various time points.Methods The effect of A and A/Ron survival rate of different neonatal rat myocardial cells at various times was detected by MTT assay and the degree of cell injury under A and A/R at various times was detected by LDH,T-SOD,GSH/GSSG detection kit.Results Compared with the control group,the injury could be detected in A and A/R groups,and the injury stabilized at 1 hour after reoxygenation.Conclusion Neonatal rat myocardial cells injury under anoxia(A)/ reoxygenation(AR) stabilized at 1 hour after reoxygenation.
