心理干预对青光眼患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对青光眼患者生活质量的影响,为青光眼的护理干预提供科学依据和对策。方法采用随机分组平行对照的研究方法,将我院2009年3月至2010年9月连续收治的174例青光眼患者随机分成实验组(n=87)和对照组(n=87),全部患者均接受常规治疗和护理。实验组患者在此基础上由经过统一培训的责任护士在围手术期进行心理评估并给予心理干预。分别于患者入院前、出院后1个月及3个月时比较2组患者的生活质量。结果 2组比较,心理干预后实验组与对照组在生存质量总评分、精神与心理评分、症状与视功能评分、眼压、遵医率及并发症的发生率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而身体机能、社会活动方面评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心理干预能够有效地帮助青光眼患者调整心理状态,缩短术后恢复时间,促进眼压及视功能恢复,使患者主动融入正常的社会生活中,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the quality of life in glaucoma patients and provide scientific proposal for the nursing intervention of glaucoma.Methods In a randomized,controlled trial,174 glaucoma patients who received treatment in our hospital from March 2009 to September 2010 were divided into the experimental group（n =87） and the control group（n =87）.Both of the groups received routine treatments and nursing cares.In addition,patients in the experimental group received psychological intervention by trained professional nurses.Quality of life was assessed in prehospital,the first month and the third month after discharged between the two groups.Results Comparing the results in the two groups,statistically significant differences were found in the total score of quality of life,intellectual and psychological score,symptom and visual function score,intraocular pressure,rate of compliance,rate of complication（P 0.05）.No statistically difference was found in the score of physical function and social activity（P 0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention can promote the recovery of ocular tension and visual function of glaucoma patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the mental state of patients,and the patients are able to be actively involved in the normal social life,thus,improving the quality of life in glaucoma patients.
