摘 要:针对大规模定制与产品平台战略技术,模块化设计是一种有效的设计方法,而模块的划分是该方法的关键。文中结合公理设计与设计结构矩阵,利用独立公理进行产品功能划分,建立产品设计矩阵,再结合设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵,构建产品设计关联矩阵,然后利用可拓聚类算法对该关联矩阵进行聚类运算,以此来完成产品设计的模块划分;并将所划分的模块用独立公理再次做功能独立性分析,最终确定产品模块。最后以桥式起重机起重小车模块划分为例,验证了该设计方法有效性和可行性,提高了产品设计效率,降低了设计成本。For mass customization and product platform strategy technology, modular design is an effective method, which takes the module division as its linchpin. Based on the axiomatic design and design structure matrix (DSM), this paper uses the independent axiom to analyze the functional requirements of the product and establish its design matrix. The design relationship matrix (DRM) of the product is built by combining design matrix with design struc- ture matrix, and the extension clustering algorithm is utilized to cluster the elements in design relationship matrix to complete the module partition of product design. Then, the functional independence of the divided modules is analyzed again by using independent axiom and the modules of product are determined. Finally, by taking the bridge crane lifting trolley as an example, the validity and reliability of the proposed method has been verified, which improves the design efficiency of the product and reduces the design cost.
