摘 要:目的建立化妆品中二苯酮-2和二苯酮-3的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法样品经乙腈-水超声处理,采用高效液相色谱法进行检测。利用Phenomenex GEMINI C18110A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水作为流动相,流量:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:335 nm,柱温:30℃。结果二苯酮-2和二苯酮-3的线性范围均为1~150μg/ml,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限均为0.15μg/ml,定量限均为1μg/ml,回收率均在90%~100%之间,相对标准偏差均不超过2.0%。结论本法操作简便,准确,可同时测定不含蜡质的化妆品中二苯酮-2和二苯酮-3的含量。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of benzophenone-2 and benzophenone-3 in cosmetics. Methods The samples were treated by ultrasonic in acetonitrile-water before detected by HPLC-UV. The analytical column was Phenomenex GEMINI C18 110A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wave length was 335 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear calibration curves were obtained over the range of 1-150 μg/ml for both benzophenone-2 and benzophenone-3, the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999, the detection limits were 0.15 μg/ml, the limits of quantification were 1 μg/ml. The recoveries of the two compounds were between 90% and 100%, and the relative standard deviations were less than 2.0%. Conclusion This method was simple and accurate for the simultaneous determination of the content of benzophenone-2 and benzophenone-3 in cosmetics which do not contain wax.
