摘 要:目的分析多层螺旋CT血管造影对肺动脉疾病的诊断价值。方法对60例临床怀疑肺动脉病变的患者行多层螺旋CT血管造影,对扫描后的图像进行后处理,三维重建技术包括容积重建(VR)、多平面投影(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)。结果 60例患者中28例有肺动脉病变,其中4例确诊为大动脉炎累及肺动脉,主要表现为肺动脉管腔内附壁的和不规则的充盈缺损,管壁增厚、不光滑;24例确诊为肺动脉栓塞,主要表现为肺动脉管腔内附壁的和偏心性的充盈缺损。结论多层螺旋CT血管造影在无创性诊断肺动脉疾病中具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate clinical diagnostic value of the MSCT angiography in pulmonary arterial disease. Methods 60 cases of suspected pulmonary vascular disease patients were scanned by MSCT, using volume rendering (VR) , multi-plane projection (MPR) ,and maximum intensity projection (MIP). Results There were 28 cases of patients with pulmonary vascular disease. Among them 4 patients diagnosed with aorto arteritis involved pulmonary artery, showing the filling defect of the irregular and mural in the pulmonary artery lumen and thicker pulmonary artery wall of no smoothness 24 patients diagnosed with pulmonary embolism showed the filling defect of the eccentric and mural in the pulmonary artery lumen. Conclusions MSCT angiography plays an important role for the non-inva- sive diagnosis of pulmonary arterial disease.
