摘　　要：目的:探讨艾宁颗粒及中医辨证治疗坦桑尼亚艾滋病毒感染者及艾滋病患者(HIV/AIDS)的临床疗效。方法:选择坦桑尼亚的坦桑莫西比利国立医院中坦传统医学中心的艾滋病门诊患者,临床观察50例HIV/AIDS服用艾宁颗粒的疗效,疗程6个月,治疗前后记录症状积分,并检测体质量、免疫功能、血常规、肝肾功能。结果:治疗后患者症状积分有较明显的改变,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尤其是乏力、皮疹、消化系统、呼吸系统的症状改善更为明显。体质量保持稳定。CD4的变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。肝肾功能及血常规治疗前后无明显变化。结论:中药艾宁颗粒可能会改善HIV/AIDS的临床症状,提高生存质量,并在一定程度上维护免疫功能,没有发现不良反应。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Aining Particle and syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in treating HIV/AIDS patients of Tanzania.Methods：Outpatients of AIDS in Traditional Medical Center of China and Tanzania in Muhimbili National Hospital of Tanzania were selected.The clinical efficacy of Aining Particles for treating 50 cases of HIV/AIDS was observed and the treatment course was 6 months.Symptom and sign scores were recorded before and after treatment,and body mass,immune function,blood routine,liver and kidney functions were tested.Results：After treatment,symptom and sign scores showed obvious changes and were statistically significant.In particular,symptoms such as fatigue,skin rashes and symptoms of the digestive and respiratory systems were improved more significantly.Body weight remained stable.CD4 change was not statistically significant.Liver and kidney function and blood routine test showed no significant change before and after treatment.Conclusion：Aining Particles may improve clinical symptoms of HIV/AIDS,improve quality of life,and to some extent maintain immune function and no adverse reactions are found.
