摘  要:目的:探讨股骨髁上与胫骨结节牵引治疗老龄性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:通过对股骨髁上与胫骨结节牵引治疗老龄性股骨粗隆间骨折,同时根据中医中药的三期辨证治疗及功能锻炼,观察临床疗效。结果:在临床中采用股骨髁上与胫骨结节牵引两种方法治疗老龄性股骨粗隆间骨折。结果:股骨髁上牵引疗效更好,老龄患者容易接受,下地时间更早,能缩短住院时间,降低患者的医疗费用,切实减轻患者的经济负担。结论:股骨髁上牵引能让患肢保持外展中立位,医护人员能更好地护理,同时让骨折面更好地接触,增加骨断端局部机械性刺激,促进骨痂的生长,促进骨折愈合,能尽早进行全身功能锻炼,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of using femoral supracondyle traction and tibial tubercle traction in the treatment of aging femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:The aging femoral intertrochanteric fracture was treated with femoral supracondyle and tibial tubercle traction combined with TCM differential treatment of three stages as well as functional training at the same time and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results:In clinic,femoral supracondyle traction and tibial tubercle traction were used for the treatment of 16 cases of aging femoral intertrochanteric fracture.It was proved that femoral supracondyle traction had obtained better efficacy.It was easy to be accepted by elderly patients with earlier ambulation time,as it could reduce the length of stay in hospital,lower the patient's medical expenses and effectively lighten the financial burden of patients.Conclusion:The femoral supracondyle traction can make the affected limb to maintain neutral position of outreach and encourage health care workers to give better care,while allowing better access to the fracture surface,increasing local mechanical stimulation of bone stump,promoting callus growth and fractures healing,carrying out body functional training as soon as possible and improving quality of life.
