张琪教授从脾肾论治慢性肾功能衰竭经验

摘　　要：目的:总结国医大师张琪从脾肾论治慢性肾功能衰竭的临床经验。方法:通过跟师学习,收集、整理治疗慢性肾功能衰竭最有效方法。结果:慢性肾功能衰竭病位在脾、肾两脏,脾肾虚损贯穿疾病始终,也是湿浊产生的基础,瘀血为基本病理表现;病理变化呈现出虚实错杂、湿毒内蕴、血络瘀阻等特征。结论:国医大师张琪采用化浊泄热、活血解毒、健脾补肾、温阳泄浊等治法治疗疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of traditional chinese medicine master,Zhang Qi in the treatment of chronic renal failure from the aspect of spleen and kidney.Methods：The most effective methods adopted by in treating chronic renal failure were collected and organized by studying with the teacher.Results：The affected organs of chronic renal failure were spleen and kidney with their consumptive asthenia throughout the disease,which was the basis for the generation of dampness and turbid with blood stagnation as the basic pathological manifestation.The pathological changes were characterized by mixed asthenia and sthenia,internal accumulation of dampness toxicity,blood stasis blocking the meridians etc.Conclusion：Master Zhang Qi has achieved significant effects in treating chronic renal failure by using the therapeutic methods of dredging the turbid and heat pathogens,promoting blood flow for detoxification,activating the spleen and nourishing kidney and warming yang and purging turbid.
