摘　　要：目的:总结常德贵教授治疗膀胱癌的经验。方法:通过跟师学习,收集、整理常教授治疗膀胱癌最有效方法。结果:常德贵教授从事中医男科临床数十年,认为"本虚""湿热""毒瘀"为该病主要病机,使用益气扶正、温肾固下以治本,清热利湿、解毒祛瘀、通利水道以治标的方法效果良好。结论:常德贵教授的治疗膀胱癌疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the experiences of Professor Chang Degui in treating bladder carcinoma.Methods：The most effective methods adopted by Professor Chang Degui in treating bladder carcinoma were collected and organized by studying with the teacher.Results：Professor Chang Degui has engaged in andrology of Chinese medicine for decades in clinic.He regards that the deficiency of the root,pathogenic damp-heat and the pathogenic toxins and blood stasis as the main pathogenesis of the disease.The method of treating the root of the disease by supplementing qi and strengthening the body,warming the kidney and consolidating the bladder,as well as the method of treating the symptoms of the disease by clearing heat and dredging the dampness,removing the toxins and resolving blood stasis,regulating and smoothing the waterway can achieve better therapeutic effects.Conclusion：Professor Chang Degui has achieved marked therapeutic therapeutic effects in treating bladder carcinoma.
