摘　　要：目的:总结李雅言名老中医治疗顽固性慢性痢疾临床经验。方法:对李雅言老中医遗留的病案进行整理、分析。结果:针对不同的病因病机采用不同的治疗方法,如寒热错杂者宜和其寒热,虚实并存者宜调其虚实,阴虚湿热者宜养阴清肠,阴阳两虚者宜益阴温阳等。结论:顽固性慢性痢疾是临床常见病多发病,李雅言老中医临床治疗顽固性慢性痢疾疗效显著。Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of veteran TCM doctor Li Yayan in treating refractory chronic dysentery.Methods：Collating and analyzing medical records handed down by veteran TCM doctor Li Yayan.Results：Different treatment methods were employed for different etiologyand pathogenesis.For example,mixed cold and heat was advised to balance its cold and heat;coexistence of excess and deficiency was advised to adjust its excess and deficiency;complicated Yin-deficiency with damp and hot was advised to cultivate Yin and remove heat;deficiency of Yin and Yang was advised to benefit Yin and nourish Yang,and the like.Conclusion：Veteran TCM doctor Li Yayan can achieve excellent clinical effectiveness in treating refractory chronic dysentery,which is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.
