山茱萸中锌元素与果实产量及品质的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究山茱萸中锌元素与其产量及品质的相关性。方法:采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光度法测定山茱萸叶片中锌元素含量,HPLC法测定果实中马钱苷与熊果酸含量。结果:高产山茱萸叶片中锌元素含量高于低产,在8月初与产量呈显著正相关,10月初与马钱苷及熊果酸含量呈显著正相关,低产山茱萸叶片锌含量在9月初与产量呈极显著正相关。结论:该研究可指导药农在山茱萸果实不同成熟期,喷施锌肥,调节源库平衡,为提高山茱萸的产量和品质提供理论指导。Objective：To study on the correlation between zinc content and the fruit yield and quality of Cornus officinalis.Methods：Zinc content in the leaves of Fructus Corni was determined with the method of microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectroscopy and the content of loganin and ursolic acid was determined by HPLC.Results：Zinc content in Fructus Corni leaves with high yield was higher than that of low yield,which presented notably positive correlation with the yield in early August,and significant positive correlation with loganin and ursolic acid content in early October.Zinc content in Fructus Corni leaves of low yield was extremely positive correlated with the yield in early September.Conclusion：This study can be used to guide farmers to spray zinc fertilizer and adjust source-sink balance in different harvesting time of Cornus officinalis fruit,which can also provide theoretical guidance to improve the yield and quality of the Cornus officinalis.
