穴位注射结合推拿治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎(PAR)的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机平均分为两组,对照组39例口服西替利嗪、质量浓度为1%麻黄素滴鼻液滴鼻治疗;治疗组39例采用穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗;两组均治疗14 d。结果:治疗组14 d、2个月后疗效优于对照组,在症状积分改善方面也优于对照组。结论:穴位注射黄芪注射液结合推拿治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎效果明显。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Astragalus Injection combined with tuina therapy for the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis（PAR）.Methods：78 patients were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,39 cases were given oral administration of cetirizine,and intranasal treatment of 1% ephedrine nose drops;in the treatment group 39 cases were given,Astragalus Injection combined with tuina therapy.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Results：After 14 days and 2 months,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group and improvements in the symptom scores were better than those of the control group.Conclusion：Astragalus Injection combined with tuina therapy shows prominent therapeutic effect for the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis.
