针药结合治疗肾阳虚型男性不育症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针药结合治疗肾阳虚型精液异常男性不育症的临床疗效。方法:将80例男性不育症患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例肾阳虚型精液异常不育症患者进行针刺治疗,并加服中药补肾生精汤;对照组40例只用补肾生精汤,方药组成:泽泻15 g,怀山药15 g,山茱萸12 g,牡丹皮10 g,浙贝母15 g,延胡索15 g,熟地黄10 g,丹参20 g,茯苓15 g,三七(粉)10 g,牛膝12g,杜仲15 g。观察两组对肾阳虚型精液异常不育症临床疗效和临床症状改善情况。结果:两组经过1个疗程治疗后,治疗组40例:痊愈10例,显效23例,有效5例,无效2例;对照组40例:痊愈5例,显效16例,有效12例,无效7例。经χ2检验,χ2=8.5832,P=0.035 37<0.05,表明两组疗效差异有统计学意义。结论:针药结合是临床治疗肾阳虚型男性不育症的有效方法之一。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in treating male sterility with abnormal seminal fluid of kidney-yang deficiency type.Methods：80 male sterility patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases of male sterility with abnormal seminal fluid of kidney-yang deficiency type in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture,and given additional Chinese medicine,the Bushen Shengjing Decoction;40 cases in the control group were only treated by Bushen Shengjing Decoction,which consisted of Alisma 15 g,yam 15 g,dogwood 12 g,Cortex Moutan 10 g,Fritillaria 15 g,Corydalis 15 g,Rehmannia 10 g,red sage root 20 g,Poria 15 g,Panax notoginseng 10 g,Achyranthes 12 g,Eucommia 15 g.Then the clinical curative effect and improvement situation of clinical symptoms of patients of male sterility with abnormal seminal fluid of kidney-yang deficiency type in both groups were observed.Conclusion：Both groups were given one course of treatment.Among 40 cases of the treatment group：10 were cured;23 had obvious effect;5 had some effect and 2 were ineffective.Among 40 cases of the control group：5 were cured;16 had obvious effect;12 had some effect and 7 were ineffective.Through the statistics method of χ2 test,χ2=8.5832,P=0.03537〈0.05,which demonstrated there was significant statistics significance in differences of the curative effect in both groups.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine is one of the effective methods of treating male sterility with abnormal seminal fluid of kidney-yang deficiency type in the clinic.
