摘 要:目的研究肺炎患者白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、血糖(GLU)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化及临床意义。方法以58例体检人群为对照组,59例重症肺炎患者和60例普通肺炎患者为试验组,进行WBC、NEU、GLU和CRP检测。结果重症肺炎组GLU和CRP浓度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),普通肺炎组GLU和CRP浓度与对照组差异无统计学意义;重症肺炎组、普通肺炎组与对照组的中性粒细胞比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),重症肺炎组与普通肺炎组的WBC与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),重症肺炎和普通肺炎的WBC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论监测WBC、NEU、CRP和GLU有助于判断肺炎患者病情的严重程度和预后。Objective To investigate the changes of white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(NEU),glucose(GLU) and C-reaction protein(CRP) in the patients with severe pneumonia and their clinical significance.Methods 59 patients with severe pneumonia and 60 patients with common pneumonia were selected for testing WBC,NEU,GLU,CRP,with healthy crowd undergoing physical examination as the control group.Results GLU and CRP concentrations in the severe pneumonia and common pneumonia groups were higher than those in the control group(P0.01).GLU and CRP concentrations had no statistical difference between the common pneumonia group and the control group.NEU had the statistical differences among the three groups(P0.01).WBC in the severe pneumonia and common pneumonia groups had statistical difference compared to the control group(P0.05),while WBC between the common pneumonia and severe pneumonia groups had no statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Monitoring WBC,NEU,CRP and GLU contributes to judge the severity of disease condition and prognosis.
