偏头痛患者血浆溶血磷脂酸及其极性相似总磷脂水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨发作期偏头痛患者血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)、溶血磷脂酸极性相似总磷脂(AP)的水平。方法测定30例偏头痛发作期患者(偏头痛组)与30例健康对照者(对照组)血浆LPA和AP的水平。结果偏头痛组血浆LPA水平[(4.0±2.7)μmol/L]高于对照组[(2.6±2.3)μmol/L](P<0.05);偏头痛组血浆AP水平[(5.8±2.8)μmol/L]高于对照组[(4.2±2.4)μmol/L](P<0.05)。结论偏头痛发作期患者存在脑组织缺血和血小板活化,易于发生血栓形成,可能是其容易发生缺血性脑卒中的原因之一。Objective To observe the changes of lysophosphatidic acid（LPA） and acidic phospholipid（AP） in onset period of migraineurs.Methods By the small cross-sectional study,venous blood in 30 migraine patients（migraine group） and 30 healthy subjects（controls） were taken for measuring plasma LPA and AP levels by spectrophotometer method.Results The plasma LPA level in the migraine group was higher than that of the control group[（4.0±2.7）μmol/L,（2.6±2.3）μmol/L,P0.05）.The plasma AP level in the migraine group was higher than that in the control[（5.8±2.8）μmol/L,（4.2±2.4）μmol/L,P0.05].Conclusion The brain tissue ischemia and platelet activation exist during onset of migraine and are apt to occurrence of thrombosis,which may be one of causes for occurrence of ischemic stroke.
