摘 要:针对目前电力系统动态仿真分析难以准确反映安全稳定控制系统动作特性的问题,提出一种安全稳定控制系统通用建模方法。采用分层次、面向对象的建模思路,实现了对实际电网中的安全稳定控制系统特性的准确模拟,以及含安全稳定控制系统模型的动态仿真计算。该方法层次清晰、建模方便,克服了以往仿真软件因潮流转移导致的过负荷引起距离三段动作、反时限原理保护动作和涉网保护动作等导致系统元件的开断,特别是连锁故障引起的大面积停电等复杂故障情形,不能真实反映安全稳定控制系统动作行为的缺点,同时减轻了仿真计算的工作量。仿真结果表明,含安全稳定控制系统模型的动态仿真程序,为分析电力系统全过程动态稳定性、研究防止连锁故障引起大面积停电的措施提供了有力的仿真工具。In power system dynamic simulation,it is difficult to give a true picture of the behavior law of security and stability control system due to the lacking of relative models.A general modeling method for security and stability control system is proposed,and the dynamic simulation calculation including security and stability control system models is also realized.With hierarchical structure and object-oriented modeling strategy,this method has the advantages of clear logic and convenient modeling.The new method can be applied to simulate cascading outages relating to actions of inverse-time relay and generator relay and zone 3 impedance relay caused by flow transferring.Meanwhile,it significantly reduces the computational costs.The simulation results reveal that the dynamic simulation program,including security and stability control system models,can represent more accurately the dynamic performance of electric power system after disturbance.It can be an effective tool to the large-scale power system electromechanical transient,medium-term and long-term course dynamic simulations,and to find the correct fault prevention measures for wide area blackout caused by cascading failures.
