摘　　要：目的:建立应急预案制度,在医院信息系统(Hospital information system,HIS)或检验信息系统(Laboratory information system,LIS)出现故障后,尽可能保证检验科对其服务对象,尤其是急诊、危急值和外地病人服务的正常进行。方法:建立适用于医院信息系统发生故障后的检验科的应急服务。结果:本文所述的LIS应急预案,能实现LIS故障发生后,检验科服务临床工作的正常运行。结论:建议国内所有医院制定检验科的LIS应急预案机制。Objective：Build to the emergency plan.After the Hospital information system（HIS） or the Laboratory information system（LIS） was out of order,the plan can ensure to working properly for the clinical laboratory.Method：Establish the emergency service of the clinical laboratory after the hospital information system was a fault condition.Results：This LIS emergency plan can guarantee the normal operation for the clinical laboratory after a fault condition.Conclusion：Suggest all the hospital to establish the LIS emergency plan.
