绝经期雌鼠舌背黏膜CK10、CK13表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究绝经期雌鼠舌背黏膜细胞角蛋白(CK)的变化。方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法分别检测15只去卵巢大鼠和15只正常大鼠舌背黏膜中细胞角蛋白的表达部位和表达强度。结果:CK10与CK13在正常组与去卵巢组大鼠舌背黏膜基底上层都有表达,但在去卵巢组其表达明显高于对照组。结论:CK10与CK13的表达上调与雌鼠的雌激素水平下降有关。Objective： To explore the possible biochemical and topographic variations of CK10, CK13 which were de- tected in 15 normal rats＂ tongue mucosa and in 15 ovariectomized rats＂ tongue mucosa by means of immunohistochemical technique SABC with use of a battery of monoclonal antibodies against cytokeratins. Result： In normal group and in ovarec- tomized group CK10 and CK13 were expressed in the majority in suprabasal cells of tongue mucosa.but it showed extended express of CK10 and CK13 in the OVX group. Conclusion： The result shows that sex steriods have a specific role in the tongue mucosa and there must have a significant correlation between the alterations of cytokeratin express and the low lever of estrogen.
