银屑病患者CRP和血细胞相关参数的检测

摘　　要：目的探讨银屑病患者血细胞相关参数和C反应蛋白(CRP)在银屑病发病中的作用及临床应用价值。方法对89例寻常性银屑病患者血常规和CRP进行检测,并与正常对照组进行综合对比。结果银屑病组与对照组比较,银屑病组平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW-CV)、血小板压积(PCT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)和大血小板比率(PCT)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进行期银屑病组显著升高(P<0.01);稳定期银屑病患者组CRP浓度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消退期银屑病患者组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银屑病患者血细胞相关参数和CRP水平均有明显变化,联合监测对于判断病情转归和指导临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the role of relevant parameters of blood cells, C-reactive protein （CRP） in the pathogenesis of psoriasis and clinical application. Methods Eighty nine cases of psoriasis vulgaris were given blood, CRP testing,and integrated with the normal control group for comparative analysis. Results Compared with the control group, psoriasis and mean corpuscular volume （MCV） , red blood cell volume distribution width （RDW-CV）, platelet hematocrit （PCT） , mean platclct volume （MPV） , platelet distribution width （PDW） and large platelet ratio （PCT） of psoriasis group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the ac- tive stage psoriasis group was significantly higher （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significant difference of stable CRP concentrations in patients of stationary stage psoriasis group and the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, there was no significant difference in patients with involuting stage psoriasis and the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Blood cell parameters in patients with psoriasis, CRP levels were significant changes in joint monitoring and guidance for judging the clinical treatment of disease outcome is important.
