住院患者发生带状疱疹87例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院患者发生带状疱疹的危险因素。方法对2007年1月-2010年1月本院住院患者住院期间87例发生带状疱疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 86 975例住院患者中,住院期间发生带状疱疹87例(0.10%),其中50岁以上住院患者44 913例,发生带状疱疹54例(0.12%);年龄<50岁的住院患者42 062例,共发生带状疱疹33例(发生率0.08%);87例带状疱疹患者所患基础疾病包括:心脑血管病(34例)、恶性肿瘤(18例)和糖尿病(10例)。结论年龄>50岁、伴有心脑血管疾病、糖尿病和恶性肿瘤等是住院患者发生带状疱疹的高危险因素。Objective To investigate the risk facters of inpatients with herpes zoster during hosipitalitation in general hospital. Methods Eighty-seven cases of inpatients with herpes zoster were analyzed by a retrospective way from January 2007 to January 2010. Results Eighty-seven patients were infected herpes zoster during ho- sipitalitation in 86 975 inpatients （0.10%）. Fifty -four patients were infected herpes zoster during hosipi- talitation in 44 913 inpatients who were more than 50 years old （0.12%）. Thirty-three patients were infected herpes zoster in 42 062 inpatients who were less than 50 years old （0.08%）. Eighty-seven patients with herpes zoster during hosipitalitation were suffered with another disease, in which 33 patients with cardiovas- cular disease,18 patients with cancer,10 patients with diabetes mellitus. Conclusion Over 50 age, with Cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes mellitus were risk factors of inpatient with herpes zoster during hosipitalitation
