摘 要:目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者胰岛β细胞功能与氧化应激的关系。方法选择2008年1月-2010年12月PCOS患者(PCOS组)73例和正常育龄妇女(对照组)50例为受试者,测定2组空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)等生化指标和血浆丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、红细胞谷胱甘肽(GSH)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平。用稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛素分泌指数(HOMAβ)和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)评价胰岛β细胞功能。结果与对照组比较,PCOS组的FBG、FINS增高,HOMA-IR升高,HOMAβ和ISI下降(P均<0.05);PCOS组MDA水平升高,TAOC、GSH和SOD水平下降(P均<0.05)。相关性分析显示,胰岛β细胞功能指标变化与氧化应激指标密切相关(P均<0.01)。结论 PCOS胰岛β细胞功能受损可能与氧化应激有关。Objective To study the relationship between islet β cells function and oxidative stress in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) patients.Methods PCOS patients(PCOS group,n=73) and healthy women(control group,n=50) were enrolled from january 2008 to december 2010.Serum fasting glucose,fasting insulin,plasma malondialdehyde,total antioxidation capability,erythrocyte superoxide and erythrocyte reduced glutathione were measured among the groups.Insulin resistance index,insulin secretion index and insulin sensitivity index were calculated.Results Compared with control group,the levels of FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR were higher,HOMA β and ISI were lower in PCOS group while MDA was increased,TAOC,GSH and SOD were decreased(all P〈0.05),Relationship analysis showed that indexs of pancreatic β cells function of PCOS patients had significant correlation with indexs of oxidative stress(P〈0.01).Conclusion Impaired pancreatic β cells function of PCOS patients may be related to oxidative stress.
