护理程序在多发伤院前急救中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理程序在多发伤的院前急救中的应用。方法:回顾性分析66例多发伤院前急救护理程序的应用及效果。结果:本组66例多发伤院前急救中经护理程序的应用,现场死亡5例(死亡率7.5%),61例得以安全转送。结论:护理程序在多发伤的院前急救中的应用,能够在极短的时间内对伤员进行准确的检诊分类,快速有效的解除对伤员生命的威胁,并为安全后送创造条件。Objective：To investigate the application of the nursing program on multiple injuries of first aid before hospital.Methods： This paper takes a retrospective analysis of 66 patients with clinical features of multiple injuries.Pre-hospital emergency care procedures were applied to stabilize the patients and results of the prognosis were used for follow-up treatment.Results： The pre-hospital emergency care was applied to a group of 66 patients with multiple injuries;five cases of patients died on the spot（mortality was 7.5%）.The rest of the 61 cases were safely evacuated to the hospital.Conclusion： The application of the nursing treatment on victums with multiple injuries as first aid before arriving at the hospital can accurately examine and classify the injuries of the patients in a very short time.It can remove the death threat of the patients quickly and effectively and reduce the immediate mortality rate and create a condition for the secure evacuation to the hospital.
